Travel by train to Gstaad from where you ride on a Postal bus to Col du Pillon. Ascent by cable-car ride to the top of Glacier 3000 and catch stunning views of the renowned Matterhorn and Jungfrau. Journey into the Bernese Oberland to Interlaken. Free day, with an option for an adventure excursion in Interlaken or a visit to Harder Kulm for panoramic views. Overnight stay in Interlaken.
Free day, with a recommended Schilthorn Mountain excursion (free for Swiss passholders). Schilthorn offers views of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau, and features a revolving restaurant. Alternatively, an optional mountain excursion to Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe is offered, involving a cogwheel train to the world of glaciers, the Ice Palace, and the Sphinx Observation Terrace. Overnight stay in Interlaken.
Travel by train from Interlaken to Lucerne. Lucerne is described as “the epitome of Swiss beauty.” Travelers are encouraged to enjoy food and wine while approaching the Swiss Alps. The rest of the day is free, with an optional “Indian Dinner Cruise on Lake Lucerne” available (operating on Mondays and Thursdays only). Overnight stay is in Lucerne.
The day is dedicated to an excursion to the “glacier paradise of Mt. Titlis (Mountain Excursion).” Activities include traveling by train to Engelberg, boarding the “world first revolving gondola ‘Rotair’,” riding the “spectacular ‘Ice Flyer’ chairlift,” and visiting the “ice grotto in the Titlis Glacier Park.” In the evening, there is a “cruise along the serene Lake Lucerne on a stylish, elegant and luxurious panorama Yatch Saphir.” Overnight stay is in Lucerne.
The morning involves travel by train to Zurich Airport Station. This is for the traveler’s flight back home.
